ABC Organization hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit tenders for the Provision of Information Technology Support Services for a period of twelve (12) months, with an option to renew subject to satisfactory performance.

Scope of Work

The successful bidder will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Desktop and user support services
  • Network and server maintenance
  • Software installation and updates
  • System troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Preventive maintenance and reporting

A detailed scope of work is contained in the tender document.


Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Proof of business registration
  • Valid tax clearance certificate
  • Relevant experience (minimum of three years)
  • At least two contactable references for similar work
  • Any other supporting documents as specified in the tender document
